Hi there,

Welcome to my portfolio page!

I am a computer science student at Cornell University. I currently work mainly with C# and TypeScript, but have significant experience in other languages and frameworks. As a newcomer to the software industry, I was quickly enthralled by the power of computation to optimize prior solutions and capture complex data. By harnessing this power, my long-term aspiration is to make learning more efficient and accessible for all. To this end, I'm involved in social computing research as well as open-source projects like MIT App Inventor, which has helped millions of young learners bring their app ideas to reality.

Outside computer science, my other passion lies in history: specifically the geopolitical dynamics of Europe and the Far East from classical antiquity to early 20th century. I helped create some of the episodes for Kings and Generals, a YouTube channel that recounts pre-modern battles through animation. While taking a break from coursework, I also enjoy hiking, playing the piano, and listening to podcasts (among my favorites are Hello Internet and Mike Duncan's Revolutions).
